THE PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN TRADING THREE NEW OPTIONS ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 31

PHILADELPHIA — January 30, 2006 -The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin trading three new options beginning Tuesday, January 31. The options were allocated to Citadel Derivatives Trading Group, LLC.

Bema Gold Corporation (option/stock symbol: BGO) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 250,000 contracts.

Covanta Holding Corporation (option/stock symbol: CVA) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 75,000 contracts.

WebMD Health Corporation (QWB/WBMD)(option/stock symbol: QWB) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of February, March, June and September. Position and exercise limits have been set at 50,000 contracts.
